Our company combines advanced technologies with century-old recipes to provide the highest quality cheeses. We are currently certified for the following standard: IFS food version 6 (which includes HACCP).
 
Furthermore, we have been certified for organic production in the EU since 2006 by obtaining a certificate with a registration No: CU 801978 according to Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and to Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 on Organic  Production of Agricultural Products. Our sheep’s milk and goat’s milk products have been certified for Organic Production Methods – USDA-NOP (Registration No CU 801978) since 2009.
 

Our efforts have been widely acknowledged. We have received a series of awards that recognize the outstanding qualities of our cheeses.

We export more than 90% of our finished products to international distributors.

We are currently present on the European markets in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Belgium, Austria and the UK. 

Partners worldwide

We have been exporting to the US since 1993. Outside of the EU, we have also partners in Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait and other countries

Bulgarian market

The production output designated for the Bulgarian market has increased steadily, with the main focus put on organic cheese.
