Our company combines advanced technologies with century-old recipes to provide the highest quality cheeses. We are currently certified for the following standard: IFS food version 7 (which includes HACCP).
Furthermore, we have been the pioneers in Bulgaria for organic production in the dairy industry: in 2006 we obtained a certificate with a registration No: CU 801978 according to Regulation (EC) No 848/2018. We have been certified for Organic Production Methods – USDA-NOP (Registration No CU 801978) since 2009.
The sustainability of our range is also attested by our current Halal certification.
Our efforts have been widely acknowledged. We have received a series of awards that recognize the outstanding qualities of our cheeses.
