The personal data we collect may include the name, address, e-mail, telephone number, other data, required by the Accounting Act and other statutory regulations, as well as information about which pages were visited and when.

We collect your personal data in order to provide you with the services offered through this website, within the framework of a service provision contract between us, as well as information requested by you or explicitly agreed with. We shall keep your personal data only to the extent and for as long as it is necessary for the respective operations for which they are provided, or as provided in a contract between us, in compliance with the requirements and deadlines provided for in the Accounting Act, tax laws, and any valid and applicable statutory regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The data you provide for marketing purposes shall be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive relevant information from us.
After achieving the purposes of your personal data processing, we will delete them.
Art. 8. Who Will Have Access to Your Data

You shall have a choice whether to receive information from us or not.
We may contact you freely when and to the extent necessary to perform the services you have requested, the obligations under a contract between us, to provide new information directly associated with the services you have requested in response to your inquiry, for the purpose of keeping your best interests in concern with the use of our website or services or based on a legal requirement. We are entitled to send an e-newsletter with the website news for which you have subscribed with your e-mail address.
We shall not contact you for marketing purposes by e-mail, telephone, text message, or mail unless you have given us your prior explicit consent, or the communication is directly related to you and meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Art.11. How You Can Access, Correct, or Delete Your Personal Data
At any time you are entitled to request the following from us:
access to your personal data collected in the process of services provision and use, including confirmation of whether we process your personal data, what categories of data we process, the purposes of this processing, and the recipients to whom the data is disclosed, as well as a message with a copy of your personal data being processed and their source;
correcting information that you have requested from us when it has become incorrect or out of date, e.g. to your email address, and any other data;
deletion or blocking of your personal data when their processing does not meet the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
notification about this correction, deletion, or blocking of any third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed, except when this is impossible or requiring excessive efforts.
The action you desire regarding any granting of access, correcting, deletion, or blocking personal data shall be performed only in relation to your personal data. It is free of charge.
In order to request access, correction, deletion, or blocking of your personal data that we process, you need to send us a written request containing:
1. name, address, and other data for identification of the respective natural person;
2. description of the request;
3. preferred information provision form under Art. 28, para. 1;
4. signature, date of submission of the application, and contact address;
5. a notarized power of attorney, when submitted by an authorized proxy. The application can also be signed with an electronic signature.

We will comply with your request for access, correction, deletion, or blocking within 14 days, subject to any legal requirements and exceptions in this regard.

Art. 12. How Can You File an Objection or Complaint against Personal Data Processing
In cases provided by law, you are entitled to:
object, before us, against the processing of your personal data if there are legal grounds; where the objection is justified, the personal data of the natural person concerned shall no longer be processed;
object to your personal data processing for direct marketing purposes;
be notified before your personal data is first disclosed to third parties or used on your behalf for the purposes of the preceding paragraph of this article, giving you the opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.

Art. 13. Available Security Measures to Protect Your Data from Loss, Misuse, or Alteration
When you provide us with your personal data, we shall take action to ensure that it is processed in a secure manner. The website www.kondov.net uses an SSL certificate secure communication protocol.
