Who we are

Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise from Bulgaria founded in 1991. Our main facility is located in an ecologically preserved zone in the Balkan mountain in Central Bulgaria.

Our business is the production and sale of top quality traditional Bulgarian and European milk products that are prized in salads, eaten in various snacks, or added to Mediterranean-style dishes. Our products include:

• Brined sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheese
• Semi-hard yellow Kashkaval cheese from sheep’s milk
• Semi-hard butter cheese from goat’s milk and sheep’s milk
• Cow’s milk brined and yellow semi-hard cheese
• Curd

We have successfully implemented a production line for the goat and sheep’s milk Gouda-type cheese that we currently export to The Netherlands.

The materials that we use are subject to strict daily controls that maintain the traditional recipes of our products and ensure the best quality.
We continuously enhance all aspects of our processes in order to provide our clients with the best quality products.

Our markets

Our growing market presence results from the broad recognition of our company as providers of top quality milk products:

• We export more than 90% of our finished products to international distributors
• We are currently present on the European markets in Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, The Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland
• We have been exporting to the US (Florida, California) since 1993
• We also have partners in Australia, Israel, Italy and other countries
